History -

Ruby's Cosplay Shop was established in 2013 by a passionate cosplayer to help her friends get Cosplay items at a lower and more affordable price. As one of the pioneers in online and social media marketing, RCS is an experienced, trustworthy seller and agent that brings in their products from large suppliers. We ensure the quality of our items as well as the professionalism in our services.

Our aim is to provide a wide array of Cosplay items for our Cosplay enthusiasts. We provide different price ranges to suit different budgets, we also strongly believe that Cosplay is for everyone.

• Our work is mainly based in Malaysia and Mainland China.

• For drop-shipping, booth invites or bulk-ordering, feel free to contact us via email/page.
• We ship internationally, feel free to inquire about our shipping rates to your country.
• We do not provide cash on delivery (COD), or split payments.

Terms & Conditions -

• RCS does not accept urgent orders. We are not obligated to ensure the exact time of arrival of your order. Please only plan your events, shoots or activities after you receive your Cosplay to avoid any unnecessary disappointments. 
• RCS will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused during delivery or mishaps caused by the courier service.
• Items sold cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure you get the sizes and details correct before ordering. Kindly ask for the size charts if you're unsure, our customer service is happy to help.
• Our prices are non-negotiable, we try our best to offer you the best prices with the best quality. You get what you paid for.
• Your items will be delivered via Air Freights (by plane) or by Ocean Freights (by sea), and most of them goes through your local customs. RCS is not responsible for any custom taxes, government taxes or confiscation of products at the customs.
